Celebrating 5 Years of Excellence: Fode Ali Guereou at Rubbish Direct

Hello Team,

Today, we celebrate a significant milestone for one of our most esteemed drivers, Fode Ali Guereou, as he marks his 5th consecutive year of service with Rubbish Direct. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Fode was honoured with a $5,000 cash prize and a certificate of appreciation, acknowledging his unwavering dedication and exemplary service.

Over the past five years, Fode has consistently delivered exceptional customer service, often going above and beyond to tackle some of our most challenging routes. His commitment to ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with professionalism and efficiency has made him a true asset to our team.

In celebration of this 5-year milestone, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Pepa for his unwavering dedication and the positive energy he brings to our team. His contributions have been invaluable, and we look forward to many more years of growth and success together.

“Even though the job is big and challenging, I believe one hour of working out equals three hours of living longer. For me, I choose to live longer by doing this job because it’s physical work. Actually, I’m exercising and getting paid. That’s what I keep in mind. I don’t see it as just a job; I see it as a workout. If I looked at it as work, it would make me upset, but when I say it’s exercise, I think about how many hours I’m working each day and how much longer I’ll live because of it.”

Fode’s positive attitude and unique perspective on his work were highlighted in his speech during the celebration:

We are deeply grateful for Fode’s loyalty and hard work and eagerly anticipate many successful years together. Thank you, Fode, for your tireless dedication and remarkable contributions to Rubbish Direct.

Peace of mind with job security and a stable employer with family values.
