Pepa at the depot leads the crucial task of sorting and compressing recyclable materials collected by our trucks. He handles broken glass, sharp objects, and other materials that require careful attention to safety and precision. Pepa’s calm and focused demeanour sets a standard for his colleagues, helping to minimize safety incidents.
Since the start, Pepa has shown exceptional leadership skills through hands-on involvement and strategic oversight. He effectively manages daily activities and sorting processes and mentors new team members to ensure smooth operations and a culture of teamwork and excellence. Pepa continuously seeks ways to enhance efficiency and sustainability, significantly boosting our operational efficiency and environmental impact.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Pepa is known for his warm and approachable nature. He connects with each team member, understands their strengths, and helps them grow. His positive attitude and genuine care make him a beloved figure in our organization.
